The PDUV series is a high-speed, amplified UV spatially coupled photodetector，Designed for a variety of spatial UV signal test and measurement applications。The device integrates a high-performance gallium nitride (GaN)-based UV detection diode，It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low dark current, strong resistance to visible light and infrared interference. The housing has a 30mm cage optic interface that allows the focusing lens to be connected，F(xiàn)ree-space optocoupling is possible and an optional FC flange is available.
